Connect offers you a simple and safe online alternative to better manage your diary, your clients, and your business.

The great news is that switching from your pen and paper system to Connect is quick and easy. Here's what you need to do in a few simple steps:

1) Set / check your Venue Opening Hours in Settings / Venue Details / Opening Hours. 

2) Add each of your Team Members, selecting which services they offer, adding their picture, and allowing customers to select them by name when booking. You can set their permissions, making sure they only access the information you're comfortable with (e.g. allow them to manage their diary, but not to see Finance or Client info)

3) If your Team Members have any regular days / time off, update their availability in the Calendar by adding Blocks. Just click into the Calendar, select the day/time and record the Block either as a a one off (eg an early finish) or a recurring Block (e.g. Wednesdays as their regular day off)

4) Check your Notifications, making sure you receive timely alerts via both email and SMS for new bookings. Go to Settings, Notifications and Contacting You.

5) Upload your Client List. If you have a list if your clients on Excel or CSV, you can upload their details into Connect in a few moments, saving you the job of adding their details individually, and meaning you have their details saved ready to book in their next appointment. Go to Clients and click Upload Client List.

6) The last step is to transfer your upcoming appointments into the Calendar. Once you've done this, you're ready to throw away the paper diary and enjoy all the benefits of Connect! You only need to add a client's details once, as Connect will remember them for future appointments, making the process of repeat booking even quicker.
