Calendrier roulant vs. calendrier mensuel
Bon à savoir
Le sélecteur de date du calendrier roulant a été mis à jour et reste désormais ouvert pendant 10 secondes. Une fois la date sélectionnée, il reste ouvert pendant environ 25 secondes.
Fonctionnalité des jours précédents
Cette fonction permet de consulter jusqu'aux 30 jours précédents dans le calendrier pour le calendrier roulant, et tous les jours passés pour le calendrier mensuel. Cette fonction est toutefois limitée à

Imprimer un récapitulatif de rendez-vous
Imprimer le récapitulatif des rendez-vous du membre du personnel
Imprimer la liste complète des rendez-vous de la section "occupation".
Cette fonctionnalité peut être inhibée (si elle existe) par les autorisations ACL du groupe ACL spécifique. Dans ce cas, les partenaires ne sont pas en mesure de voir et de cliquer sur les jours précédents lorsqu'ils essaient de faire glisser le calendrier vers la droite.
Rendez-vous
En cliquant sur un rendez-vous existant, il est possible d'en consulter les détails, de le modifier ou de l'annuler.
En cliquant sur un créneau horaire disponible, il est possible de créer un nouveau rendez-vous et de gérer les informations sur le client et le consentement au traitement des données.

Équipe - (Prénom)
En cliquant sur le nom d'un membre de l'équipe, il est possible de gérer les blocages et les exceptions pour la journée de l'agent.

Troubleshooting
The main issues in this section are usually linked to :
a missing app sync. These problems require a logout and login
appointments not visible from one of the salon’s devices
client list not available
staff member’s column missing (for collaborator just added to the collaborators from another device)

a page asking to activate TW Pro instead of the calendar. This problem requires to double check if all the billing products are active.
if the user tries to book an appointment from web (marketplace or widget), but the day is not available from web > if the day desired is a bank holiday, is not possible to book an appointment from web, the salon needs to add a new Extra working Days.
some graphic details (like the time repetitions on staff member’s columns) are hidden in case your monitor/device resolution gets lower.
If the issue appears on the Web Version (browser) of TWPRO: you can fix it by zooming in, using the keyboard shortcut CTRL+ or CTRL-. While if the issue happens in the App Version of TWPRO: you can't fix it (unless of specific device’s settings) and should try to access from a device that has a larger monitor (ex.: 15.6 is still too small).
Even if on the Saas you set the opening hours very early (before 8:00), and the closing time very late (after 11:00), Uala Marketplace and TW Marketplace will only show availability from 8:00 to 11:00, regardless.
on some devices, ex. touch notebooks using a Magic mouse (Apple), there could be a different view of sections like the Amend working day tab and the partner could not be able to select hours and minutes using the mouse. In that case they can use choose to buy a new mouse or select the time using touching the screen with their fingers. If the partner has a Macbook with the Magic Trackpad (and they don't have the mouse), they can use the touchpad to slide the drop-down menu and so select the time).
