Here are some of our strengths that have helped us beat them in past deals:

  • No free website with Fresha

  • We now have the same commission but Fresha has a 7 day new client charge rule on clients booking via FB or IG after visiting Fresha profile

  • Treatwell still has a more popular marketplace in majority of places for more bookings

  • We offer unlimited sms, Fresha only offers 20 free sms allocation per venue

  • Fresha support is meant to be via email and 48 hour response but most users saying it takes weeks or nothing at all (highest value partners get an AM)

  • Fresha is constantly changing and updating making tracking business difficult

  • Fresha approx £20 marketing blast campaigns - Treatwell no charge

  • Treatwell offers unlimited confirmation and reminder SMS and emails - Fresha only offers email

  • Treatwell processing fees are cheaper on services £25 and below

💥 Landmines to Lay

Objection #1. I do not want to pay anything/my software is free ?

How to handle:

  • According to me there are no free lunches in this world

  • They may not charge for calendar but once you have exhausted 50 booking/reminder messages they charge 4p per text message - 4 texts per booking building cost quickly

  • Blast campaign email they charge 2p per message where as with Treatwell Connect it is unlimited and is included in the package

  • Fresha is not beauty and wellness specific, they tale all sorts….dog groomers, tattoo artists, sports, vet, etc…

  • Can I ask what was your last month’s invoice with Fresha

Objection #2 Fresha's Marketplace fee is only 20%+vat - you charge too much?

How to handle:

  • How many bookings does your business get from Fresha's marketplace

  • Fresha does not invest in their market place hence it isn’t as strong as Treatwell’s marketplace.

  • A lot of ex Fresha users who have now joined Treatwell tell us that their bookings generally came from their social media channels instead of Fresha’s marketplace

Treatwell has the biggest digital online booking platform in the Hair & Beauty industry - with 8,000 salons & barbershop's signed up to it in UK! - across Europe we have 4 million appointments per month


Objection #3 : You cannot provide deposits Fresha can?

  • How to handle: We are aware of this and the deposit feature is being developed as we speak & will have this very soon 

  • However, we do have prepayment on our software allowing clients to pay for the full treatment before even arriving at the salon


Objection #4 My client list is already built in my software which has taken me a lot of time to build not worth the hassle?

  • How to handle: You can download your client list in a few simple steps from your current software and we can upload your client list to our software in a matter of seconds

  • Hence You will not be losing any of your clients - what will be more of a hassle is realising later on down the line your software is not working for you as you are with the wrong provider 


Objection #5 You don't have multi-location management?

How to handle: 

  • We are aware of this and the Multi-location feature is being developed as we speak & will have this very soon ( Please ensure you use this for all features Pro has not got but the competitor software has )

How are you managing your team members' time off /holidays on your current booking system/software ? 

  • I understand its very time-consuming with Fresha  as you have to click day by day to book the time off - with our software it's just 1 click away to manage holidays & time off saving you valuable time 


It was announced by Fresha that from the 15th of November it will charge 20p for all your clients who confirm an appointment when booking with a card on-top of the 1.40% processing fee. How are you managing this? 

  • Our software does not charge your clients to confirm appointments when booking by card - as soon as an appointment is booked in your digital diary an automatic confirmation email & text message gets sent to the client & 24hrs before the appointment they receive an appointment reminder by email & text message - which also reduces your no shows & cancellations
