No Show Appointments
It is important to mark any no show appointments as no shows in Connect. This is so that no commission is deducted from your remittance. Please note that no shows need to be marked as such on the day of the appointment.
What should we do in case of no show appointments?
In a rare case of a customer not showing up for the appointment, make sure to set the appointment to No show to ensure we would not charge the commission on that appointment. You would be allowed to mark the appointment as no show on that same day only, so make sure to do that immediately.

When you receive your email notification for an appointment, you'll be able to see whether it's a Pre-Paid or a Pay at Venue booking.
