- Confirm your Treatwell bookings ASAP. We send you an email notification for each appointment booking, so check the email address these will get sent to. You can also enable SMS reminders for new bookings by going to Settings > Notifications > Contacting You tab, so you get a text alert to let you know you have a new booking - there's no charge for this. The quicker you respond to bookings, the higher we'll rank you on site as a 'reliable' venue.
- Add a booking widget to your website or Facebook page so you can take appointments from your own clients. Go to Settings > Online booking > Booking widget, grab a widget code and add the booking button to your existing website. The widget shows your available appointments from the Calendar you keep up to date on Connect, giving you another channel to fill your appointments.
