Real Time Availability

Real Time Availability means accurate and live availability. When we sort our search results on site we showcase venues with real time availability near the top, to make sure customers can always find an appointment. If you use Connect fully to keep your diary up to date, we know we have live availability for you so you’ll get great exposure and lots of bookings. What’s more, we’ll only send you appointments when you want them, in your empty space. There are 2 ways to achieve Real Time Availability; either use the Calendar as your main diary, entering all your own client appointment (for free!), or Block the times when you have clients, so we know you're busy.

Last minute availability

We’ve found that opening up late availability for appointments has increased some venues’ bookings by up to 40%, as many customers search for last minute appointments. By lowering your lead-time (in Connect Settings, Online Bookings you can do the same. Venues with No Closeout will sell best as they benefit from truly last minute bookings.

Smart DiscountingPricing

This is your tool to manage your pricing according to availability, and to use discounts to drive customers into your off peak times, and to fill last minute appointments about to go un-filled (last minute discounting is available for our Pro partners only). When booking on Treatwell, customers can select whether they want to pre-pay for the treatment on our site, or whether they prefer to pay you direct at the venue. If a customer pays on Treatwell, we transfer the payment to you (minus our commission) 15 days after you provide the treatment. With appointments, this is automatic as we know the date of the treatment but for eVouchers, you need to Redeem the voucher in Connect.  .  You'll receive Invoice Statements from us on the 1st and 16th of each month (or a few days after if they're a Saturday or Sunday), detailing the amount we owe you, the amount you owe us, and the final balance either to be paid to you by us, or vice versa. Payment from Treatwell, if due, will follow within 5 days from the statement.
