How to report a technical issue on the Store?

1. On Slack, go to channel #cx-support-store-fr

2. On the bookmarks bar, click on Bug Report to launch workflow

3. Type a clear sentence on what's happening

4. Explain more precisely and provide a way for the team to trigger the bug. Reproduction steps are essential for us!

Most issues result from an action or a sequence of actions taken by the customer. We need to know exactly what they are doing and where they are going in order to reproduce the same actions.

5. Select on which platform the bug as been seen

A bug present on the web is not necessarily present on iOS. This information will allow us to reproduce the bug in the same environment as the client.

6. A video is worth a thousand words... please take the time to record what's happening, it will decuplate the resolution time!

The BEST and EASIEST way to record your screen is this small, free Chrome extension: JAM! Try it, it's super fun to use and it facilitates our work a lot, as it also records console logs.

Or juste use a classique Screen Recording.

7. Last, insert the venueID

8. Click on Submit

You're done! A message has been posted on Slack: don't forget to upload your video by replying to it. The team will review the issue asap.
